About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a client seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer proficient in JavaScript and TypeScript to join on a full-time, remote basis. This role entails designing, developing, and sustaining high-quality, efficient code to facilitate AI model training and optimization. You will play an integral part in evaluating AI model performances and analyzing data to drive continuous enhancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement efficient, maintainable code targeting AI model training and fine-tuning processes.
- Conduct rigorous performance assessments of AI models to measure benchmarks and identify improvement areas.
- Rank and evaluate AI model responses to various user queries across multiple domains, ensuring compliance with predefined standards.
- Develop detailed explanations and justifications for evaluation outcomes, demonstrating strong reasoning and technical knowledge.
- Lead supervised fine-tuning initiatives including the creation and upkeep of specialized, high-quality datasets tailored to specific tasks.
Skills and Qualifications
- Expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript for full-stack development environments.
- Hands-on experience with Node.js backend technologies.
- Familiarity with Nest.js framework to develop scalable and modular server-side applications.
- Competence with front-end libraries or frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
- Strong ability to author readable, reusable, and maintainable codebases.
