Electrical Engineer – Solar Projects

About the Role

Vee Secure Solar seeks an enthusiastic Electrical Engineer with hands-on experience in solar energy projects. The candidate will engage in design, execution, and management of MW-scale solar installations from initial concept to final commissioning.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and implement solar power projects from conceptualization through commissioning phases.
• Create and evaluate electrical schematics using AutoCAD and formulate design analysis reports utilizing PVsyst software.
• Collaborate effectively with onsite teams, suppliers, and project management to ensure seamless operations.
• Lead technical team efforts while maintaining stringent adherence to quality standards and safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee project schedules, ensuring timely delivery and successful completion.
• Manage documentation, bill of quantities creation, and status reporting accurately.
• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning activities at large-scale solar plants.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least one year of professional experience within the solar power industry.
• Proficient user of PVsyst, SketchUp, and AutoCAD for design and analysis purposes.
• Experienced in coordinating projects, leading teams, and resolving technical challenges.
• Thorough knowledge of solar plant electrical infrastructure and site-level execution principles.
• Strong communication aptitude, leadership capabilities, and organizational proficiency.
