Overview

We are seeking a confident and imaginative Video Creator capable of presenting confidently on camera and collaborating with a professional team. The role involves crafting captivating video content for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, as well as reels and shorts to support marketing, branding, and digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce captivating video materials suited for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, reels, and shorts.
• Present topics, products, or company information confidently in front of the camera.
• Work closely with the marketing and professional teams to design and implement video concepts.
• Engage in shoots, interviews, discussions, presentations, and promotional video content.
• Generate creative concepts, scripts, and hooks for videos.
• Coordinate efforts with camera operators, editors, and marketing staff throughout production.
• Analyze audience engagement metrics to refine video content accordingly.
• Stay informed about latest social media trends, viral content styles, and digital marketing innovations.
• Ensure all content is professional, captivating, educational, and aligned with company branding.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong on-camera presence with confidence to speak publicly.
• Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi.
• Proficient in content development and storytelling techniques.
• Ability to read scripts and deliver presentations effectively.
• Experience creating social media content.
• Basic knowledge of video production processes.
• Creative thinking paired with effective presentation skills.
• Effective collaborator within a professional team environment.
• Comfortable participating in frequent video shoots.

Preferred Experience

• Between 1 to 3 years of experience in content creation, video production, social media, marketing, or related fields.
• Experience working as a content creator, video presenter, social media personality, anchor, vlogger, or video host is advantageous.
• Applicants must be at ease appearing and speaking on camera.
• A portfolio, showreel, or samples of previous on-camera work will be considered a strong plus.

Salary: ₹30,000 to ₹35,000 (in-hand) per month
