Role Overview
We seek a skilled Data & Integration Architect to contribute to a major technology transformation initiative supporting EXPO 2030 in Riyadh. The selected candidate will play a critical role in establishing the target data architecture and crafting integration methods across a sophisticated, interconnected digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop the target data architecture for EXPO 2030, including building data catalogs, defining data models, and aligning with enterprise and business capabilities.
- Design technological components related to data and advanced analytics, ensuring their consistency with the overarching enterprise architecture.
- Create integration strategies and architectural standards to enable fluent data exchange among enterprise applications, operational platforms, intelligent command centers, smart operations environments, and IoT systems.
- Define data standards, APIs, architecture patterns, governance protocols, and principles guiding integration.
- Guarantee that data platforms and integration channels deliver secure, reliable, consistent, and trustworthy data availability.
- Support functionalities like real-time data processing, predictive analytics, and enterprise-wide data visibility.
- Assess and incorporate new technologies such as artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, IoT, and intelligent operations platforms.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders from business, technology, data, and operations sectors to translate strategic objectives into scalable architectural designs.
Required Technical Expertise
- Extensive experience working as a Data Architect, Integration Architect, or combined Data & Integration Architect.
- Proven track record in designing data and integration architectures at an enterprise scale.
- Strong expertise in data modeling, governance, APIs, integration patterns, and data platform technologies.
- Experience managing complex enterprise ecosystems involving cross-platform integrations.
- Good knowledge of AI, advanced analytics, IoT, and real-time data processing environments.
- Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Fluent English proficiency.
- Availability and willingness to work onsite in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- Experience in major international events or programs such as EXPO, Olympics, FIFA, COP, or equivalents is a significant advantage.

Salary Details
The annual gross salary for this role ranges between 50,000 EUR and 70,000 EUR. The exact placement within this band will be based on technical skills, direct experience related to the role, and performance throughout the selection process, following predefined objective criteria. Exceptional profiles may be considered for salary review upon internal approval.
