Job description
About the Role
G Spa Travel S.A.S. is looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative to work remotely within Canada. This position focuses on case documentation, service recovery, and ticket management to ensure transparent decision-making, effective exception tracking, and high-quality handoffs from intake to subsequent processing steps. The role supports operations related to destination management across Italy and Mediterranean locations, emphasizing the use of CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned Canadian customer support tasks using documentation, problem-solving, and customer-centered service representation to maintain clear decision traceability.
- Evaluate incoming data with a focus on service recovery and destination management reporting to identify and resolve incomplete or inconsistent information before further processing.
- Monitor open tasks through ticket and case management systems, ensuring ownership and deadlines are visible and exceptions are tracked.
- Record decisions and handoffs clearly to enable seamless continuation of work by authorized colleagues without requiring historical reconstruction.
- Support quality assurance activities by using detailed reporting and documentation, escalating issues when handoff quality cannot be verified.
Success Criteria
Outstanding performance is defined by effective case management, CRM use, and ticket tracking that reinforce decision traceability and exception logging. Unresolved matters must have a clear owner, and completed tasks should leave an auditable evidence trail.
Candidate Profile
- Proficiency in case documentation, service recovery, and customer-focused service within a remote Canadian workflow environment.
- Strong written communication skills, particularly in documenting ownership, task status, and forthcoming actions.
- Ability to apply service representation, case management, and escalation protocols while maintaining precise records.
