Job Overview
Seeking a Customer Relationship Manager who will foster and sustain robust, enduring connections with clients. This role serves as the liaison between the organization and its customers to guarantee satisfaction, encourage loyalty, and drive business expansion by delivering exceptional service and tailored solutions.
Primary Duties
- Establish and nurture positive rapports with customers.
- Serve as the main contact point for client inquiries and issues.
- Identify customer requirements and offer suitable solutions or services.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to confirm client satisfaction and manage feedback.
- Collaborate closely with sales, customer support, and operations teams to resolve challenges.
- Promote upselling and cross-selling opportunities when appropriate.
- Keep customer data and interaction logs updated in CRM tools.
- Generate reports detailing customer satisfaction, retention metrics, and engagement levels.
