As a part of Lendlease's national construction services, the Construction Worker role involves participating in industry-leading project management, design, and building activities. Multiple positions are available within South Australia.
Candidate Profile
- Must hold a current Driver's License
- Occupational Health and Safety certificate required
- Possession of a White Card and Asbestos Awareness certification
- Valid First Aid Certificate
- Hoist Ticket and Traffic Control Ticket are advantageous but not mandatory
- Additional certifications or licenses would be viewed positively
Applicants should ideally possess prior experience in general construction, preferably covering a variety of sectors and large-scale projects such as commercial buildings, healthcare facilities, data centers, or residential developments.
Strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, commitment to rigorous quality standards, and prioritization of safety are essential attributes.
Compensation and Team Environment
Selected candidates will receive remuneration according to Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA) rates and become part of a supportive team atmosphere.
