Job Overview

We seek welcoming, dependable, and energetic café team members to assist with everyday café functions. Responsibilities include serving guests, preparing simple food and drinks, and ensuring cleanliness throughout the café environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Warmly greet visitors and take their orders courteously.
• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, beverages, and light food items such as sandwiches and pastries.
• Help with basic food preparation tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness at the service counter, dining tables, and the café area overall.
• Manage billing operations including cash register and POS system handling.
• Restock supplies and monitor inventory as needed.
• Adhere strictly to hygiene, safety, and operational protocols.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance the café experience.

Required Qualifications and Competencies

• Experience ranging from none to one year in café or restaurant roles; fresh candidates are welcome.
• Basic familiarity with beverage preparation, especially coffee making (training will be provided).
• Effective communication and strong customer interaction capabilities.
• Readiness to work in shifts and maintain composure during busy periods.
• A positive demeanor, commitment to hygiene, and ability to collaborate within a team setting.
