About the Internship

This internship offers an opportunity to actively engage with businesses across Bangalore, targeting various customer-facing sectors including salons, clinics, gyms, restaurants, cafes, pet businesses, and wellness centers. As an intern, you will be responsible for building a robust database of potential clients and initiating outreach through multiple communication channels such as cold calling, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram, email, and in-person meetings.

You will interact directly with business founders, owners, managers, and other key decision-makers to understand their current processes for managing Google reviews and online reputation. Your role will involve pitching and demonstrating the features of UnoRep—an AI-driven reputation management platform—scheduling product demonstrations, and consistently following up to convert prospects into clients.

Maintaining a well-organized sales pipeline covering leads, demos, follow-ups, and successful closures will be essential. Additionally, building strategic partnerships and referral networks to generate multiple client opportunities is part of the responsibility. Meeting individual weekly and monthly sales targets will be a key performance metric.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be available to work from home and commit to a three-month duration.
• Interns should be able to start between August 28, 2026, and October 2, 2026.
• Relevant skills and interests in communication and sales are required.
• This position is open to women candidates seeking to start or restart their careers.

Compensation and Benefits

The internship offers a stipend ranging from INR 10,001 to INR 515,000 per month. This includes a fixed monthly pay between INR 10,000 and INR 15,000 along with incentive pay that can reach up to INR 500,000 monthly.

Additional perks include flexible work hours, a five-day workweek, and a letter of recommendation upon successful completion of the internship.
