Internship Overview

Join Sankar Group as a Project Management intern to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and innovative environment. This internship focuses on developing your skills in planning, execution, team leadership, collaboration, and risk management while working remotely.

Key Duties

• Support the planning and execution of project schedules and deliverables.
• Coordinate efforts among diverse cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project rollout.
• Lead and inspire team members to meet project objectives effectively.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and gather meaningful feedback.
• Conduct routine progress evaluations and prepare reports for the management team.
• Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Offer creative ideas to improve project workflows and overall efficiency.

Candidate Eligibility

Candidates must be willing and able to work from home throughout the entire six month duration, with availability to start between August 25, 2026 and September 29, 2026. Applicants should possess relevant skills and a keen interest in project management and teamwork.

Compensation and Benefits

The internship stipend will be INR 3000-3001 per month. Interns will also receive a certificate of completion and a letter of recommendation upon successful conclusion of the internship.
