Internship Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment lifecycle by shortlisting resumes and coordinating interview schedules.
- Assist in employee induction and on-boarding activities.
- Participate in the planning and facilitation of training and development initiatives.
- Manage and update employee records and databases consistently.
- Help address employee questions and support resolution of concerns.
- Contribute actively to various HR-related projects and programs as assigned.
- Provide essential administrative assistance to the HR department.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship.
- Start date should be between 1st September 2026 and 6th October 2026.
- Availability for an internship duration of six months is required.
- Candidates should have applicable skills and interests aligned to human resources.
