Key Responsibilities

• Engage with candidates through outbound calls, averaging 100 to 120 calls daily, ensuring timely scheduling and follow-up of interviews.
• Confirm candidate information and job preferences and introduce relevant employment options.
• Coordinate between candidates and hiring teams to ensure smooth interview processes.
• Keep precise records of candidate interactions, recruitment progress, and interview statuses.
• Collaborate with recruitment team to enhance attendance rates and minimize candidate dropouts.
• Prepare daily reports on recruitment activities and maintain internal hiring trackers.
• Represent the company professionally, providing a seamless experience for candidates at each interaction.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be available for remote work.
