Internship Role Overview and Responsibilities

The intern will support the CEO by managing daily executive functions and ensuring smooth office operations. Key duties include coordinating schedules, overseeing communication channels, preparing documentation, organizing travel, and assisting in project management. Additional tasks involve maintaining confidentiality, reporting expenses, liaising with stakeholders, and streamlining office workflows.

Key Duties

  • Organize and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing emails, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of the CEO.
  • Create, review, and refine documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Maintain a well-structured and efficient office workspace.
  • Handle file management, record keeping, and safeguard confidential data.
  • Record meeting minutes and follow up on assigned tasks.
  • Arrange comprehensive domestic and international travel itineraries and track related expenses.
  • Prepare expense reports aligned with budget limits.
  • Support the planning and monitoring of various projects, collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Serve as liaison between the CEO and internal or external partners, building positive professional relationships.
  • Effectively prioritize urgent assignments while managing multiple deadlines.
  • Conduct research and compile data to assist strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance workflow.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship.
  • The internship start date should be from August 27 to October 1, 2026.
  • Commitment to a 6-month internship duration is required.
  • Candidates must reside in or near Thane or Navi Mumbai.
