UI/UX Designer

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and proactive UX/UI Designer specialized in complete design workflows for digital banking or large enterprise products. The role demands proficiency with tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and AI-powered design technologies, alongside expertise in version control, asset management, and resource coordination using platforms like Zeplin. Candidates should have experience contributing to extensive digital platform redesigns demonstrating both innovative thinking and strategic, system-wide design skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and actively participate in crafting intuitive and user-focused digital experiences on mobile and web banking platforms.
• Convert user requirements and stories into wireframes, interactive prototypes, and detailed UI designs employing Figma and Adobe XD.
• Utilize Figma AI, automated wireframing, and component-driven design methodologies to speed up design iterations and support multiple simultaneous Agile sprints.
• Oversee screen transfers to development teams through tools such as Zeplin, guaranteeing precise specifications, asset delivery, and responsive behaviors.
• Ensure design system uniformity by consolidating validated screens, reusable components, and patterns, maintaining rigorous version management across projects.
• Work collaboratively within cross-functional Agile Scrum teams composed of business analysts, developers, testers, and product managers.
• Engage in UX research activities, usability testing, and user feedback collection to iteratively enhance design quality based on behavioral data and analytics.
• Document design decisions and interface interactions thoroughly to enable flawless execution by both internal and external developers.
