Job description
Role Overview
Exceledge Placements seeks a seasoned Software Development Engineer (SDE) Mentor to offer comprehensive training and mentorship aimed at preparing candidates for technical interviews and employment opportunities within the US job market.
Location and Work Schedule
Position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, working onsite with US shift hours from Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical training for software development roles and conduct mock interviews.
- Prepare candidates for various interview stages including screening, Level 1, Level 2, and technical rounds.
- Coach on Java and Python programming languages, Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA), Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and core computer science concepts.
- Lead coding exercises and problem-solving workshops.
- Evaluate candidate resumes, projects, and technical abilities.
- Conduct job description and company-specific interview preparation sessions.
- Detect candidate skill gaps and develop tailored improvement strategies.
Preferred Skills
- Expertise in Java and Python programming.
- Strong knowledge of DSA and OOP principles.
- Familiarity with SQL, APIs, backend development, system design, and Git version control.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
