It combines JVM tooling, program analysis, and AI capabilities to aid engineering teams in investigating real environment issues with an emphasis on safety, security, reliability, and low system impact.
Role Overview
We seek a Senior Software Engineer with solid enterprise experience in JVM environments. This position suits proactive engineers passionate about tackling complex challenges at the crossroads of production systems, developer tools, and AI agents.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of new product features.
- Create tooling and automation tailored to AI-centered engineering workflows.
- Support enterprise integration and deployment involving Kubernetes and cloud platforms.
- Enhance production software reliability, testing, performance, and security.
Qualifications
- Deep expertise in Java, Kotlin, and JVM-based systems.
- Experience in building enterprise backend software, infrastructure, or developer tools.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and cloud technologies.
- Strong ownership mindset, clear communication, and initiative in progressing work even amid incomplete specifications.
- Appreciation for AI integration in development, validated by rigorous engineering standards.
Preferred Experience
- Background in tools for debugging, instrumentation, or observability.
- Experience working with .NET or Python backend systems.
