Overview
TCS invites skilled professionals to a walk-in interview on 5th September 2026, located at its Trivandrum office. As a global technology frontrunner, TCS emphasizes the pivotal role of Red Hat Linux Middleware engineers in shaping project success. Candidates must possess a valid EP number prior to the interview.
Job Responsibilities
- Install and configure JBoss EAP versions 5.2, 6.x, and 7.x alongside jboss-ews-httpd-2.02 on multiple platforms including Windows, UNIX, and Linux.
- Administer and maintain JBoss EAP clusters with vertical and horizontal scaling capabilities, ensuring high availability.
- Deploy application components such as JAR, WAR, and EAR files using both Admin console and CLI tools.
- Manage all stages of deployment, including pre-deployment preparations, execution, and post-deployment activities.
- Configure SSL using keytool and conduct performance tuning to optimize middleware environments.
- Operate in domain and standalone modes in JBoss EAP 6.4 environments.
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency in Linux operating systems, JBOSS, and Apache Tomcat servers.
- Ability to write shell scripts for system automation.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools and methodologies including Jenkins, GIT, GitHub, Ansible, Maven, and Chef.
Additional Information
