About the Role

Based in Kolkata, Kofuku invites a passionate Motion Graphics Designer to join their office-based team. With 4 to 6 years of experience, the role blends creativity and cultural storytelling to create compelling visual experiences that transcend simple graphics.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and animate premium motion graphics, 2D and 3D visuals, and video content designed for digital, social media, and brand promotion.
• Partner effectively with teams across Creative, Marketing, and Production to breathe life into brand narratives.
• Design detailed storyboards, frames, and animation flows that resonate with the brand’s style and messaging.
• Spearhead motion design assignments from initial ideas through to final execution and delivery.
• Keep abreast of evolving design trends, tools, and motion graphic technologies to infuse innovative ideas into projects.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in generating AI-driven video content through the latest AI engines.
• Advanced command of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Deep grasp of motion design fundamentals, storyboarding, and visual narrative techniques.
• Experience in 3D animation and motion tracking processes.
• Capability to independently conceptualize and precisely execute creative projects.
• Keen eye for timing, rhythm, typography, and layout for visual impact.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate smoothly with cross-disciplinary departments.

Additional Advantages

• Familiarity with Cinema 4D, Blender, or Element 3D software.
• Experience in sound design, color correction, and sophisticated video editing techniques.
• Understanding of UI motion design, active knowledge of social media trends, and brand storytelling methods.
• Basic skills in visual effects, including rotoscoping and compositing.
