Lead Software Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Power Platform Administrator with 6 to 8 years of experience in IT, including at least 4 years specializing in Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform governance. Candidates with PL-200 or PL-900 certification are preferred. This role demands strong analytical skills, problem-solving capabilities, and effective stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee administration, security, governance, and ensure the stability of the MATAR Power Platform tenant.
• Manage the Power Platform environments, including Dataverse capacity and tenant configurations.
• Maintain access controls, enforce Data Loss Prevention policies, govern connectors, and conduct access reviews.
• Utilize the Center of Excellence (CoE) Starter Kit to inventory resources, monitor usage, and facilitate governance reporting.
• Monitor platform health, alerts, capacity usage, and identify performance trends.
• Manage software licensing, analyze usage patterns, and drive cost optimization efforts.
• Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and evidence to support audit, compliance, and cybersecurity requirements.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity teams, Security Operations Centers (SOC), and IT Operations to address risks, incidents, and security remediation actions.
