Role Overview
We are seeking an innovative Full Stack Software Developer to create impactful solutions bridging technology and complex business needs. You will work directly with clients and collaborate with a supportive team that values long-term commitment and professional growth. Our technology primarily uses the Microsoft stack to build web applications, with occasional mobile development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop web applications based on business requirements using C# and .NET Core/WebAPI.
- Design and query SQL Server databases effectively.
- Create user interfaces with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Collaborate directly with customers to translate their needs into technical solutions and provide ongoing support.
- Incorporate AI tools to enhance development speed and create innovative solutions.
Qualifications & Preferences
- Proven experience with full-stack web application development on the Microsoft stack.
- Strong foundation in SQL Server database design and querying.
- Comfortable with core web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Good communication skills for client interaction and translating business goals.
- Experience with React and TypeScript is a plus.
- Familiarity with legacy frameworks such as MVC or WebForms is beneficial.
- Knowledge of Git version control and DevOps/CI-CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps) preferred.
- Interest or experience in using AI coding assistants like GitHub Copilot or similar.
- Skills in performance optimization of applications and databases are advantageous.
