Contracts Manager

Overview

We are actively looking for a seasoned Contracts Manager to oversee and direct contractual and commercial operations on a significant Sour Gas and Gas Processing project operated under a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) model in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Law, Business Administration, Commercial Management or a closely related field.
• Holdings a professional certification in Contracts or Commercial Management will be considered a strong advantage.

Experience Requirements

• Over 20 years of experience within the Oil & Gas sector.
• At least 10 years performing in roles such as Contracts Manager, Senior Contracts Manager, or Commercial Manager.
• Robust background in contract management within PMC or client-side environments.
• Verified track record managing major EPC/LSTK contracts.
• Extensive hands-on expertise in contract administration, handling claims, managing variations, extensions of time (EOT), change management, and navigating commercial negotiations.
• Preferred experience on significant UAE Oil & Gas projects.
• Highly desirable exposure to leading UAE National Oil & Gas companies.
• Experience related to Sour Gas, Gas Processing, Gas Treatment, Central Processing Facilities (CPF), or upstream Oil & Gas projects is favorable.
• Working knowledge throughout project phases including FEED, detailed engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project close-out is a plus.
• Familiarity with UAE and GCC projects is advantageous.
