About Bloom Hearing Specialists and Role Overview
Bloom Hearing Specialists, part of the global WSAudiology group, operates a network of clinics equipped with advanced hearing technology and a dedicated team. With a presence in over 130 countries and more than 12,000 colleagues worldwide, the company focuses on restoring hearing and enhancing quality of life for individuals. The Rangiora clinic is seeking a full-time Audiologist to provide exceptional hearing care from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments using approved audiological methods.
- Design and deliver personalized hearing solutions, educating clients to make informed decisions about their hearing health.
- Recommend and fit suitable hearing devices to ensure successful hearing outcomes.
- Engage in community outreach and local promotional activities to raise awareness of Bloom's services.
- Develop and maintain referral networks with general practitioners, ENT specialists, and other healthcare providers.
- Support clinic growth and maintain high standards of client service.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Current Qualified Practitioner (QP) number and full membership with Audiology Australia (ASA) or the Australian College of Audiology (AcAud).
- Excellent attention to detail alongside strong organizational skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Client-centered approach with dedication to delivering high-quality care.
- Capacity to balance clinical duties with business development tasks effectively.
