Internship Overview

Trackzio is seeking a UI/UX Design Intern possessing a B.Des or M.Des background to join their Bengaluru office for a six-month, full-time internship starting between September 4th and October 9th, 2026. This role involves close collaboration with product designers, developers, founders, and other team members to contribute across multiple platforms including mobile apps, web applications, and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate actively in refining features, ideating new functionalities, and shaping overall product strategy.
• Conduct user research and analyze competitors to derive actionable insights that inform design decisions.
• Develop user flows, task flows, and UX solutions aligned with product needs and user expectations.
• Create designs for interfaces spanning mobile, web, and dashboard platforms ensuring consistent usability.
• Maintain high standards of UI quality, visual consistency, and user experience across all products.
• Perform quality assurance checks comparing Figma designs to actual builds, identifying discrepancies and UI issues.
• Contribute to the creation and upkeep of design systems, reusable components, and consistent design patterns.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance research, facilitate ideation, and support rapid design iterations.
• Adhere to structured design methodologies and frameworks throughout the product design lifecycle.
• Generate App Store assets and marketing creatives as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with developers during design handoffs, ensuring clear documentation of requirements.
• Assist in quality assurance, documentation, and ongoing design improvements across products.

Candidate Requirements

• Educational background in B.Des or M.Des degrees.
• Strong fundamentals in UI and visual design principles.
• Basic knowledge of UX and product-oriented design thinking.
• Proficiency in Figma, with ability to utilize related design tools such as FigJam, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
• Capability to accept constructive feedback positively and iterate designs accordingly.
• Eagerness to learn rapidly and accommodate evolving project needs.
• Ability to follow a methodical design approach and work systematically.
• Desirable skills include experience in mobile application design, internships or projects related to UI/UX, familiarity with Android and iOS design patterns, understanding of design systems, exposure to user research and competitor analysis, and awareness of web and responsive design principles.
• Experience with AI-driven tools for research and quick prototyping is also a plus.

Additional Information

• Internship duration: six months.
• Potential for Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance.
• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
• Location: Indiranagar, 100 Ft Road, Bengaluru - on-site.
• Monthly stipend: INR 10,000 to 20,000.
