About the Internship
This internship offers hands-on experience with Shopify store management and development. You will regularly monitor active Shopify websites for bugs, broken links, layout inconsistencies, and checkout issues, ensuring swift resolution or escalation. Routine maintenance tasks include updating themes and apps, editing pages, and uploading new content or products. You'll customize Shopify and Shopify Plus themes by working with Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Integration of third-party applications, such as payment gateways and marketing tools, is part of your responsibilities.
Additionally, you will test site performance focusing on mobile responsiveness and loading speed, addressing any detected problems. Supporting troubleshooting efforts for theme, app, and checkout-related issues across various client stores will be required. Collaborative efforts with design and marketing teams will ensure requested changes are implemented precisely and punctually. Lastly, you'll maintain concise documentation summarizing changes applied to each store.

Stipend and Perks

Additional Requirements
- Must be currently studying or have recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent, including self-taught candidates.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript; experience with Shopify and Liquid is highly preferred.
- Understanding of e-commerce website mechanisms, including product detailing, checkout processes, and app functionalities.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle routine maintenance as well as development tasks.
- Availability to work on-site from the Chhattarpur, Delhi office.
