Their offerings include loans for purchasing completed homes, constructing residences on owned or acquired land, and expanding existing properties through additions like floors or rooms.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources Intern eager to gain hands-on experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations within our HR team based in Bangalore.
Internship Responsibilities
- Support recruitment activities by posting job advertisements, screening applications, and arranging interview schedules.
- Assist in coordinating employee onboarding and orientation sessions.
- Help organize staff development training programs and workshops.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases regularly.
- Participate in employee engagement programs and events.
- Contribute to HR compliance by updating company policies and procedures.
- Provide general administrative assistance to the HR department.
Skills and Requirements
- Strong familiarity with MS Office applications is essential.
- Attention to detail and an organized work approach.
- A genuine interest and passion for human resources.
- Available to work full-time onsite in Bangalore for a 3-month duration starting between August 13, 2026, and September 17, 2026.
