Internship Overview
This internship involves transforming traditional paper-based workflows into intelligent, mobile-friendly digital forms. The role focuses on developing responsive forms using XLSForms and Pug HTML by adhering to best technical practices. The intern will work with AI-driven tools and approaches to enhance the quality and effectiveness of solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert manual paper systems into dynamic digital forms optimized for mobile devices.
- Create responsive forms leveraging XLSForms and Pug HTML with adherence to industry standards.
- Employ artificial intelligence-assisted workflows and technologies.
- Support quality improvement via thorough testing, creating documentation, and developing training material.
- Collaborate closely with business analysts based in the US, Canada, and the UK.
- Engage with and receive mentorship from the experienced technology team.
- Contribute actively to the company’s culture of innovation and teamwork.

Essential and Preferred Skills
- Fundamental knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, including use of mixins and preferably Pug HTML templating.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language.
- Exposure to artificial intelligence principles, tools, and techniques.
- Quick adaptability to new technologies and eagerness to learn.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-driven with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Bonus: Experience using AI to address business or operational challenges.
- Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks such as Node.js, React.js, or Angular.
- Knowledge of MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases.
- Experience with relational databases like MySQL.
- Understanding of web service integration methods including SOAP and REST.

Additional Information
