About the Internship

This internship offers the opportunity to engage in live, on-site teaching focused on competitive programming. Interns will lead sessions that cover core topics such as algorithms, data structures, and coding methodologies essential for competitive programming success.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver interactive classroom sessions to explain competitive programming concepts and problem-solving methods.
• Develop and present lectures on algorithms, data structures, and programming techniques tailored for competitive coding.
• Create and administer coding challenges and simulated contests to prepare learners for actual competitions.
• Offer personalized advice and feedback to improve coding capabilities and problem-solving proficiency.
• Guide students on strategizing coding solutions, enhancing solution efficiency, and managing contest time effectively.
• Keep abreast of current trends in competitive programming and integrate advanced practices into instructional materials.
• Assess student learning outcomes regularly and provide meaningful evaluations.
• Work collaboratively with coaching peers to formulate a comprehensive and contemporary curriculum.

Candidate Requirements and Eligibility

Applicants must be ready to commit full-time to an onsite internship lasting four months, beginning between August 26 and September 30, 2026. Candidates should possess requisite knowledge and enthusiasm for competitive programming topics. The program encourages female candidates aiming to commence or resume their careers to apply.

Additional Information

• Monthly stipend ranges between INR 60,000 and 80,000.
• Four internship openings are available.
• Certificate and letter of recommendation will be awarded upon successful completion.
• Work locations include Chandigarh, Delhi, Gurgaon, Mohali, Noida, and Punjab.
