Job Responsibilities

• Ensure exceptional client service by efficiently addressing client requests and concerns, proactively communicating with customers, and creatively resolving issues.
• Perform thorough vehicle inspections before parking, documenting any findings.
• Clearly communicate valet service rates to customers.
• Adhere to traffic regulations and practice safe driving at all times.
• Report incidents such as accidents, safety hazards, unusual events, or policy breaches to management immediately.
• Maintain good knowledge of local streets, landmarks, and highways to facilitate smooth transport experiences for customers.
• Attend work punctually in clean uniform and remain in full uniform during shifts.
• Support management by undertaking additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Hold a valid state driver’s license with a current address and a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to drive vehicles with manual transmission (stick shift) is advantageous.
• Willingness and availability to work special shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States, with appropriate documentation provided upon hire.
• Excellent communication skills to provide accurate information and respond courteously to customer inquiries and complaints.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills, including reading instructions, emails, memos, and handling US currency calculations.
• Ability to follow verbal and written directions, remain calm, and adapt effectively to changes or unexpected situations during work.

Physical Demands

This role requires standing, walking, and manual handling of cash and equipment regularly. Occasionally, sitting, climbing, and balancing may be necessary. Employees must be able to lift or move up to 25 pounds as needed. Reasonable accommodations may be considered for individuals with disabilities.

Compensation & Benefits

The position offers a pay rate of $17.00 per hour plus eligibility to earn tips. Eligible employees have access to benefits, including medical, dental, vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, life and accident insurance, long-term and short-term disability coverage, 401(k) retirement plans, and paid time off.
