Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire tendering cycle from identifying opportunities through to bid submission.
- Conduct electronic tendering using platforms such as GeM and CPPP.
- Develop and submit both technical and financial bidding documents.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper documentation and adherence to compliance requirements.
- Manage contracts and procurement-related operations effectively.
- Maintain accurate and organized records, ensuring timely submission of bids.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Expertise in tender and bid management processes.
- Proficient with e-tendering systems, specifically GeM and CPPP portals.
- Competence in contract and procurement management.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data handling and analysis.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
