About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive reports, manuals, and guideline documents addressing handover processes and stakeholder concerns as per client requirements.
- Collaborate closely with design consultants and contractors by reviewing technical designs and providing constructive feedback when necessary.
- Engage with key stakeholders and authorities to facilitate smooth asset handover upon project completion.
- Contribute stakeholder-related insights to weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Ensure prompt review and approval of all documents submitted by consultants and contractors.
- Notify the client proactively about any potential delays affecting project milestones or completion dates.
- Participate actively in site safety trainings and adhere strictly to all safety protocols.
- Provide on-site guidance alongside Project Management Consultants (PMC) to accomplish handover objectives.
- Build and maintain trustful relationships with the client to support project success.
- Support in identifying, analyzing, and managing interactions with utility agencies and stakeholders ensuring their satisfaction and compliance with mandated authorities.
- Assist the client in preparing, negotiating, and finalizing Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) and procedural agreements with various stakeholders.
- Manage correspondence between the client and utility agencies, issuing necessary directives to the project team.
- Coordinate closely with the client at the program level to resolve stakeholder issues and respond promptly to inquiries.
- Monitor project delivery related to utilities, services approvals, permitting, diversions, and land ownership against established baselines.
- Ensure smooth internal and external coordination to secure approvals and address stakeholder issues affecting program delivery.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering with over five years of relevant experience in large-scale projects or programs.
- Mandatory registration with MME.
- Proficient in MS Windows, word processing, spreadsheets, and database software; familiarity with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS), Document and Material Control Systems (DMCS), or CAD operations is an asset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Serve as a company liaison with clients, authorities, and stakeholders throughout program execution, ensuring commitments and instructions are followed up.
- Support development and implementation of Project Authority & Stakeholder Management Plans and Project Execution Plans.
- Define and manage program requirements for assigned project areas, overseeing the governance and stakeholder engagement processes.
