Job Overview
We are seeking a Sales Development Manager based in Pune, Maharashtra, responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a dedicated sales team. This role involves leading business development efforts, mentoring team members, and organizing sales visits to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, screen, and provide training to new sales agents.
- Expand and build your team leveraging your personal network.
- Motivate and guide your team for effective sales performance.
- Coordinate and arrange sales visits for business development purposes.
- Support development and growth of team members to increase business outcomes.
- Lead and manage weekly and monthly meetings to track progress and strategy.
Prerequisites
- Age range between 21 and 45 years.
- Graduation completed with no academic backlogs.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and marketing, supported by relieving letter or resignation acceptance email.
- Must own a motorcycle for commuting purposes.
- Proficient communication skills in both English and Hindi.
