Compensation and Benefits

The role offers an anticipated hourly rate of $18.75, which may vary depending on your location, skills, knowledge, education, and experience. You will also be eligible for a monthly performance-based bonus. Work Schedule

Your work schedule will be thoughtfully arranged during the store's operating hours of 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, ensuring respect for your personal time.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary, professional customer service standards and lead by example.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean retail environment at all times.
• Acquire cross-functional skills by training in all store operations, including roles related to stocking and sales.
• Coach, lead, and mentor team members to foster development.
• Fulfill leadership responsibilities by serving as Leader on Duty when scheduled.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support store operations.
