About the Role

CareerBloc is seeking a Recruiter who thrives in engaging with prospective candidates and evaluates their suitability through insightful questioning. The individual should be highly organized to establish and maintain a consistent candidate pipeline and be driven to surpass predefined recruitment targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and expand a pool of qualified candidates for upcoming vacancies
• Conduct interviews either over the phone or face-to-face
• Assess candidates' fit based on interview results and resume evaluations
• Act as the primary point of contact for candidate inquiries
• Consistently achieve weekly targets involving calls and emails

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree
• Exemplary communication abilities
• Strong interpersonal and organizational capabilities
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite
• Energized and passionate about recruitment
• Proven track record of meeting recruitment goals
