About the Role
Woodrock Infotech Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Quality Analyst to enhance team performance and uphold high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement within operational processes.
Responsibilities
- Effectively communicate and establish rapport within the team environment.
- Engage in call barging and auditing activities to assess service quality.
- Monitor the performance levels of associates rigorously.
- Collaborate with Team Leaders and moderators to identify methods for KPI enhancement.
- Investigate inconsistencies and carry out sample moderation, including addressing moderators and conducting regular one-on-one review sessions.
- Facilitate calibration sessions and refresh training related to necessary policies.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year experience as a Quality Analyst.
- Strong command of English communication skills.
- Practical experience utilizing Quality Control (QC) tools is essential.
- Availability to work a 24x7 schedule with a six-day rotating workweek.
Work Conditions
- Rotational shifts consisting of 9 hours per day.
- One rotating weekly off day.
Remuneration and Benefits
- Monthly salary range between 25,000 and 28,000 INR, paid on time.

Additional Information
Walk-in interviews are conducted at Woodrock Infotech's office located on the 8th Floor opposite Bank of Baroda, Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226010. Interview timing is from 10 AM to 7 PM.
