QA Automation Engineer (AI-Enabled Testing)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer experienced in automated testing and AI-driven testing tools to support a fintech platform focused on funding, transfers, settlements, and reconciliation processes. The selected engineer will ensure optimal quality, dependability, and performance through innovative and automated test methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain scalable frameworks for automated testing.
• Build and run automated tests covering funding, payment, transfer, and settlement workflows.
• Utilize AI-enhanced QA tools to boost test creation, maintenance efficiencies, defect prediction, and coverage.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and DevOps across the software development cycle.
• Execute comprehensive API, integration, regression, functional, and end-to-end tests.
• Investigate defects, conduct root cause analyses, and lead resolution efforts.
• Integrate automated test suites within CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing capabilities.
• Monitor quality benchmarks, report test outcomes, and validate product release readiness.

Candidate Profile

• 3 to 7 years of professional experience in QA Automation with focus on BFSI, Payments, or FinTech domains.
• Proficiency using test automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Rest Assured, or Karate.
• Practical knowledge of AI-supported QA/testing platforms (examples include Copilot, Testim, Mabl, Functionize, ACCELQ, Applitools).
• Experience testing APIs, microservices architectures, and web-based applications.
