Job Overview

We are looking for dedicated packers to join our teams across Pan-Mumbai. This full-time position involves picking, packing, and labeling products accurately as per order requirements, ensuring quality control and damage prevention during transit.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately select, package, and label items according to customer orders.
• Verify the product quantity, quality, and detect any damages before packing.
• Ensure packaging materials and methods are appropriate to protect products during shipment.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized packing workspace.
• Adhere strictly to company guidelines and safety measures related to packing operations.
• Collaborate with warehouse and dispatch teams to streamline processes.
• Meet assigned daily packing targets within specified timelines.

Candidate Requirements

• Open to freshers; having prior experience in packing or warehouse roles is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to stand or walk for extended durations during shifts.
• Basic reading skills in Hindi and English language.
• Responsible, punctual, motivated, and willing to work diligently.
• Flexible to work on shifts as per company needs.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranges from ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 depending on experience and workplace location.
• Opportunities for overtime pay and additional incentives.
