About the Role

As a Lead Customer Service Representative at Circle K, you will play an essential role supporting store management with administrative duties while providing exceptional service to customers. This position entails handling customer interactions, operating the cash register, making purchase recommendations, and participating in our food program. The environment is dynamic and lively with various tasks performed both inside and outside the store to uphold high standards of appearance and service speed.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the store and assistant managers with administrative duties
• Greet and engage customers warmly
• Operate the cash register efficiently

• Support food program operations as needed
• Help maintain store appearance both indoors and outdoors

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $17.50 per hour.
