Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Lead Administrator L1 with over seven years in ServiceNow development, specifically skilled in ITSM, ITOM, and SPM modules. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in Service Portfolio Management (SPM), IT Business Management (ITBM), and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) modules, alongside a strong grasp of portfolio and project management methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform focusing on PPM and SPM.
- Manage financial planning and resource allocation for projects.
- Develop robust system architecture and solution designs.
- Carry out integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
- Lead large-scale ServiceNow implementation projects.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in ServiceNow development with a focus on ITSM, ITOM, and SPM modules.
- Proficient in JavaScript and Glide APIs specific to the ServiceNow platform.
- Demonstrable experience with financial planning and resource management within IT projects.
- Strong understanding of portfolio and project management processes.
- Hands-on experience with integration techniques including REST, SOAP, and IntegrationHub.
