Job Overview

We are seeking an eager and customer-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at Coffee Katha, Hyderabad. This role focuses on assisting in daily café functions, delivering courteous customer service, preparing simple food and beverages, and upholding cleanliness within the premises.

Primary Duties

• Warmly welcome and assist customers.
• Accurately record orders and handle billing processes.
• Prepare and serve menu-based beverages and snacks.
• Keep the seating areas, counters, and kitchen clean and tidy.
• Manage cash and digital transactions responsibly.
• Monitor stock levels and replenish supplies as necessary.
• Adhere to hygiene and safety protocols consistently.
• Collaborate with team members to support overall café operations.

Additional Details

• Salary includes ₹15,000 to ₹18,000 per month along with provided food and accommodation.
• Training will be offered to new hires.
• Shift duration is approximately 9 hours per day.
• Work schedule is 6 days a week.
• Telugu language proficiency is mandatory.
• Minimum educational qualification required is a degree.
