Integration Lead

About the Role

Join EY as an Integration Lead responsible for managing and enhancing the enterprise integration layer that enables agentic AI systems to work cohesively with each other and enterprise platforms. This pivotal position ensures the expansion of agentic AI beyond isolated solutions by implementing uniform integration patterns, controlled access to tools and data, and smooth communication across agents and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and architect enterprise integration solutions for agentic AI, including API-based, event-driven, and asynchronous messaging methodologies.
• Design hybrid workflows combining deterministic and AI-driven processes aligned with enterprise standards for resilience, scalability, observability, and security.
• Enable interoperability between agents using formal communication protocols and contracts that facilitate discovery, collaboration, task delegation, and context sharing across diverse platforms.
• Integrate and extend orchestration SDKs and frameworks to support agent coordination and workflow management, ensuring clear division between orchestration control and integration connectivity.
• Implement integrations with Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers to standardize interactions allowing agents to discover tools, use enterprise APIs, and operate under governed, observable contracts.
• Lead integration efforts with core business systems, data platforms, automation tools, and third-party services ensuring consistent identity, access management, auditing, and policy compliance in line with AI governance.
• Define and manage reusable integration blueprints, templates, and standards to avoid point-to-point fragmentation, including contract commonality, versioning, and lifecycle oversight.
• Collaborate with AI governance and architecture entities to promote and institutionalize integration standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 10 years of experience in a global IT environment collaborating across disciplines to meet project goals.
• At least 3 years of experience in global delivery or transformation projects within large-scale infrastructure programs.
• Minimum 3 years experience working in global operations environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in enterprise integration patterns including API design, event-driven and microservices architectures.
• Familiarity with agentic AI workflows, agent-to-agent communication, and orchestration frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native services and enterprise integration technologies.
• Strong interpersonal skills enabling effective partnership across AI engineers, orchestration teams, security groups, and platform owners.

Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102)
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)
• Professional certifications in enterprise architecture or distributed systems such as TOGAF.
