Information Manager (Remote)

Role Description

We are looking for an Information Manager to join a client company on a full-time remote basis. This role focuses on overseeing the collection, validation, and management of human-annotated datasets, which are vital for training and evaluating AI models.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update datasets annotated by humans, ensuring they remain accurate and relevant to AI training needs.
• Conduct reviews and validations of data labels to guarantee consistency and maintain the quality standards of datasets.
• Work collaboratively with multiple teams to clarify data requirements and address any disagreements or errors in annotations.
• Create detailed documentation outlining data collection methods, labeling standards, and quality assurance procedures.
• Track and analyze data pipeline performance, implementing improvements to boost overall efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in data annotation, validation, or quality assurance activities.
• Preferable familiarity with data labeling platforms like Label Studio or Prodigy.
• Working knowledge of spreadsheets, databases, or other data management systems.
• High attention to detail and capability to follow structured instructions for data-related workflows.
• Strong written communication skills to clearly document processes and guidelines.
