Compensation and Scheduling

The hourly pay ranges from $19 to $32, and the precise rate will meet or surpass the mandated minimum wage for Albany, GA. Additional earnings include annual or quarterly performance incentives. Under certain conditions, employees may obtain extra pay premiums from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on shift schedules, facility, season, or task performed—multiple premiums may apply simultaneously.

Job Role Overview

Entertainment associates greet customers on the sales floor, engage with them, and provide knowledgeable merchandise recommendations aligned with customer interests and needs. They are comfortable with technology and responsible for moving new inventory to the sales floor and ensuring merchandise displays are well-maintained throughout operating hours.
