About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Engineering Trainee to join our team in Pune, Maharashtra. This entry-level position is suitable for fresh graduates or those with up to one year of experience in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related engineering fields. The trainee will support various engineering and production-related activities, acquiring practical skills and knowledge within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior engineers during daily operations involving engineering and production tasks.
- Gain a solid understanding of machinery, equipment, and technical processes used in the facility.
- Contribute to production, maintenance, quality control, and troubleshooting efforts.
- Prepare and keep accurate technical reports and documentation updated.
- Conduct basic inspections and testing procedures as needed.
- Coordinate effectively with teams across production, quality assurance, and maintenance departments.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and established company standards.
- Detect process-related issues and support the implementation of corrective actions under guidance.
- Engage in training sessions and participate actively in continuous improvement initiatives.
Candidate Profile and Skills
- Fundamental understanding of core engineering principles and concepts.
- Strong communication abilities and cooperative teamwork skills.
- Basic proficiency with MS Office tools, especially Excel.
