Role Overview
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will serve as the initial point of contact for prospective customers. Your role blends problem-solving, strategic thinking, and brand ambassadorship, focusing on generating and qualifying new business opportunities through targeted outreach. Collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams is essential to drive collective achievement.
Key Responsibilities
- Create new business prospects by identifying and engaging potential customers.
- Qualify leads, contacts, and accounts to assess the use case and opportunities.
- Maintain continuous engagement with both new and existing leads through creative follow-ups.
- Partner with Account Executives to advance qualified leads through the sales pipeline.
- Develop a strong understanding of customer needs to aid qualification.
- Communicate value and return on investment rather than focusing solely on technical features.
- Build credibility and establish trust with both internal teams and external partners.
- Adapt flexibly to the dynamics of a growing sales organization.
- Achieve monthly quotas associated with opportunities generated.

Candidate Profile

- Experience in prospecting or cold-calling is advantageous but not mandatory.
