Role Overview
This full-time, on-site opportunity in Bengaluru seeks a Business Development Manager to propel company growth. The incumbent will focus on uncovering new business avenues, nurturing and managing client relationships, and forging strategic alliances to expand the company’s market presence.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven capabilities in sales, strategic planning, and business development.
- Strong communication and negotiation expertise.
- Proficient in cultivating and sustaining effective client partnerships.
- Experience within the Employee Assistance Program or mental health sector is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or in a closely related discipline.
- Familiarity with employee well-being initiatives.
