Key Responsibilities
- Initiate cold calls to potential students from a provided database to promote overseas education programs, utilizing dialer software effectively.
- Handle inbound calls from prospective candidates and liaison offices, addressing inquiries professionally.
- Deliver scripted information about AECC Global's services to ensure clear communication and positive representation of the company.
- Serve as a communication bridge between the marketing department and physical office branches to synchronize efforts.
- Manage and resolve complaints or concerns to maintain and protect the organization's reputation.
- Strive diligently to achieve company-set targets, contributing to broader organizational goals.
- Meticulously document call records and gather useful insights for further action.
- Ask insightful and relevant questions during conversations to accurately assess caller needs.
Applicant Eligibility
- Must be available for a full-time, on-site internship commitment.
- Should be able to commence the internship anytime between September 4, 2026, and October 9, 2026.

Compensation and Benefits
