Utility Worker

About the Role

We are seeking a diligent Utility Worker to join our collegiate dining team at Miles College in Fairfield, AL. This full-time onsite position involves managing sanitation operations and ensuring various tasks are completed effectively to maintain a clean and safe dining environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain floors and tables to high standards.
• Restock all necessary supplies in the dining area promptly.
• Properly dispose of waste and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Receive and organize inventory for smooth operations.
• Wash, sanitize, and maintain dishes, utensils, cooking equipment, and dish room facilities.

Qualifications

Required:

• Ability to follow safe operating procedures and exercise good judgment.
• Capability to work independently and collaborate well within a team.

Preferred:

• Previous experience in food service or maintenance.

Miles College, Fairfield, AL.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation is $14 per hour.
