Job Overview
Join our team as a Telecaller to reach out to potential clients by initiating outbound calls from curated lead lists. Your role will involve presenting various financial products, primarily loans, and guiding customers through eligibility and application processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to prospects using provided data to introduce personal, home, or business loan options.
- Explain loan features including terms, interest rates, eligibility standards, and repayment plans comprehensively to clients.
- Evaluate customer needs to distinguish serious prospects and qualify leads effectively.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to facilitate the collection and verification of KYC and related financial documentation.
- Maintain detailed and updated records of daily call outcomes, lead status, and notes on customer interactions in Excel sheets.
- Achieve set daily goals for number of calls, conversions, and loan applications submitted.
