Stock Controller

Position Summary

Tales Trading is expanding and seeking a meticulous Stock Controller to oversee inventory management and warehouse functions in Qatar. The ideal candidate is organized, precise, and experienced with stock operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily stock movements and transactions.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and execute regular stock counts.
• Handle receiving, dispatch, transfer, and stock reconciliation activities.
• Monitor inventory levels, expiry dates, damages, and discrepancies closely.
• Collaborate effectively with warehouse staff, sales teams, and customers regarding deliveries.
• Ensure that all delivery notes and stock-related documentation are properly completed and returned.
• Generate stock and inventory reports for management review.
• Assist with shipping documentation, permits, test reports, and related paperwork.

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in stock control, inventory management, or warehouse operations.
• Proficient with Excel and ERP systems, with knowledge of Odoo being highly desirable.
• Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and coordination capabilities.
• Experience in FMCG, cosmetics, beauty, or retail distribution sectors is advantageous.
• Driving license is considered a benefit.
