Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical lead for various projects within your specialization.
• Collaborate with development managers to define technical roadmaps.
• Identify and solve critical technical issues impeding product opportunities.
• Develop high-quality, well-tested software code.
• Work jointly with developers to address complex problems and deliver elegant solutions.
• Choose simplicity where appropriate to deliver effective solutions.
• Streamline coding patterns, interfaces, and abstractions for accessibility.
• Leverage and learn a broad spectrum of technologies to continually challenge yourself.
• Engage in code reviews across teams, nurturing a culture of collaboration and high standards.
• Provide and receive constructive feedback to foster continuous growth.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in software development with emphasis on building scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails.
• Aptitude for quickly mastering new technologies and adaptability in a dynamic, distributed team environment.
• Track record mentoring developers within Agile processes, particularly for large-scale SaaS platforms.
• Broad technical knowledge enabling effective resolution of complex problems.
• A history of successful project deliveries coupled with insights gained from setbacks.
• Exceptional communication skills to build strong working relationships with colleagues and clients.
• Previous international or global development experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
